Job Description :-

Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects.
Oversees all aspects of projects.
Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project.
Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project.
May require a bachelor's degree and at least 6 - 8 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of tasks.
Leads and directs the work of others.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
Corporate Systems-Project Manager/Business Analyst/Technical Resource.
This is a unique opportunity for a candidate that has practical experience on all these Three areas: Facilities, Aviation, and OMD
Manage concurrent projects and perform business analysis on pursuit, function funded and AOP initiatives.
This role requires and in-depth focus on all aspects of the PROJECT LIFE CYCLE and closely partner with business clients understand their needs and be able to work very closely with other project managers and technical resources on the design develop and implementation of quality solutions.
This positions also requires a thorough technical knowledge on web 2.0 technologies and social media tools.
The selected resource will be ultimately accountable for systems requirements, system configuration, installation, upgrades/enhancements and deployment.
Identify and recommend system and infrastructure enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Thorough knowledge of business applications/software with a niche on packaged/configurable systems.
HIGH VISIBILITY WITHIN PBSG

Candidate MUST :-

Independently facilitate discussions to :-

Define WBS, resources, estimate word effort and durations while utilizing tools within PBSG PLM
Perform analysis to address complex cross/team cross functional issues .Track and measure progress on assigned project and team activities.
Work closely with project managers and resources to prepare project plans :Objectives ,scope, deliverables and schedules.
Track changes in scope, issues, risks, and provide timely efficient and effective analysis on solutions.
Schedule and chair monthly meetings with key business contacts and Senior Management to communicate status updates>
Work effectively as an individual contributor or as a part of a team to maintain and implement quality solution I support of the Corporate Governance functions.
Provide support and implement continuous improvements for production applications.
Troubleshoot issues raised by multi-divisional user base evaluate, creative options, and implement effective solutions.
Multi task and prioritize to effectively address accountabilities and accomplish assignments
Participate in disaster recovery, documentation/testing.
Influence long-term direction with thorough and detailed analysis and recommendations.
Create required documentation to achieve 100% SOX and PLM compliance
