Senior Associate $70K/$35 per hour
Prestigious and highly successful Global Company with an office in Los Angeles, Californai has an immediate opening for a Senior Associate. The position warrants an operation professional working in a team of loan closers, loan activity processing and cash management. They are responsible for the successful closing of all primary and secondary loans. This function is critical in helping ensure accurate positions for portfolio managers. Requirements for this position are cash management: daily projections, monitoring trade activities for cash and purchasing and instructing CP’s, REPO’s, process daily , monthly and quarterly loan activities, liaise between portfolio managers, traders, trustees and pricing vendors, perform daily pricing functions, sending out daily and weekly reports to Senior Management, Trustees and Advisors, provide Adhoc reports as needed, coordinate loan funding payments and participate in special projects. Proficient in Excel, excellent analytical and administrative skills, strong communication and written skills and basic knowledge of Bloomberg is required. BS or BA in Finance or related discipline with an accounting background and a minimum of 5 years of investment management operations experience.
